To request a mailer kit to sell your devices please fill out the form on this page. Your request will be processed and you should receive your kit within 7 business days (longer for international shipping.). In your kit you will receive:

• Packing list
• Packaging supplies (small and large biohazard bags)
• Business card for contact information
• Return shipping (Bussiness Reply Mail Packet)
• Commercial invoice.

Once you receive your kit you simply place all your items inside and drop it off at any FedEx loaction or schedule a pick up with FedEx. Before you send, just remember the following:

• Clip the tips of the catheters.
• Sterilize with whatever means is convenient for you (Steam, gas, bleach solution).
• Please include necessary contact information and any address changes. If you wish to receive a wire transfer instead of a check, please include IBAN, Swift Code, and account name etc.
